On the 24th of September myself and a few friends are running the Loch Ness Marathon. For this, I've setup this page and I'd love your support by pledging to make positive lifestyle changes - all aimed at making our world a better place. Making small changes can have a big impact and it will definitely help make my dodgy knees feel a lot better.
