For the next two months, I pledge to take the stairs instead of the lift. At the moment I use the lift 6-10 times a day.
Our new office is on the 6th floor and I've fallen into the habit of using the lift. I just hunted out the stairs and was terrified by how out of breath I was by the time I got to the top... my bad habits are changing from today!
If done for two months, this action will save 13kg of CO2
