SMALL ACTIONS X LOTS OF PEOPLE = BIG CHANGE

We're inviting all sports and societies in Chester, Warrington and Shrewsbury to get involved with this year's Do Nation campaign. Make a pledge to help improve your local environment, community, health and wellbeing. (Staff can take part too, just select the UoC Do Challenge Leaderboard). You can make as many pledges as you like. Pick from our featured Do Actions (these will be updated each month) or browse all pledges by clicking the 'pledge' button. Some are super easy, others take a bit more effort.

You only need to do the pledge for two months, just remember to let us know how you got on at the end of the two months! The team with the most confirmed pledges will win points towards the team/society of the year. What are you waiting for, check out your sport or society's page below!
